RS PRO Retractable Scalpel

This retractable blade scalpel from RS PRO, is perfect for all your precision work. It can be used for cutting various lightweight materials such as all grades of paper, stencil, film and delicate fabrics. The handle is made from plastic, with a carbon steel metal blade. The blade extends via simple pressure on the top of the scalpel and then retracts using the safety button.
