Do these cables come with a connector?

These particular RS Pro cables are unterminated at both ends (bare copper), meaning a connector will need to be attached. RJ45 are the standard connector used with these types of cat6a shielded cables. Meaning once an RJ45 connector is attached, installation to an ethernet network can occur.

Why Cat6a?

Cat6a has a reputation for delivering excellent speeds and frequencies at long lengths. A cat6 on average would put out 250 MHz at 100 m and 10 gb/s at around 45 m.
