Testo Digital Cooking Oil Tester

The Testo 270 digital cooking oil tester is a robust, easy-to-use measuring device with a temperature ranging from 40°C to 200°C. This instrument will enable you to observe critical TPM (Total Polar Material)/ TPC (Total Polar Compound) values while monitoring easy cooking oil. It allows you to change the oil just at the right time. This device prevents you from changing the cooking oil more frequently than is necessary, leading to cost savings. The digital cooking oil tester is easy to use and enables you to set the required TPM (Total Polar Material)/ TPC (Total Polar Compound) limit values in advance and protect them from being modified inadvertently with a PIN. The display will assist you during the measurement itself, as it will flash until a stable reading is reached. The display signalling function in traffic light colours (red, yellow and green) enables quick detection of the measurement result range. Naturally, the accurate reading in %TPM can also be read off on the display. This tester will enable you to work more reliably, intuitively and efficiently as it will help you with high-quality frying processes.
