The Trenz electronic is SoC modules integrating a Xilinx Zynq-7020, a gigabit Ethernet transceiver, 8Gbit (1Gb) DDR3 SDRAM with a 32-bit width, 32Mb flash memory for configuration and operation. It has powerful switch-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages. The rugged high-speed stacking strips provide a large number of configurable I/Os. All this on a tiny footprint, smaller than a credit card. It is used for industrial applications.
