This cost-effective switch offers effective tamper resistance due to Radio Frequency Identification technology and has a large sensing field which provides superior tolerance to door misalignment. It has clear LED indication for fast troubleshooting and monitoring guard door status to help you minimise downtime. It also has an exceptional environmental rating of IP69K, ensuring that it is dust-tight and can withstand regular high-pressure wash downs. This makes it ideally suited for use in a broad range of industrial applications.

This reliable Sensaguard safety switch has a maximum sensing distance of 15mm and comes with an 18mm plastic barrel, an 18mm standard actuator, and a supply voltage rating of 24 V dc. It has a 6-inch pigtail and 8-pin micro M12 connector which allows quick, easy installation. It has an operating temperature range of -10°C to 55°C, 2 x PNP safety outputs and 1 x PNP auxiliary output.

Non-contact safety interlock switches improve protection for personnel by isolating the power supply to machinery when the guard door is released. This reduces the risk of injury to machine operators by preventing the machine from running while the barrier is open. These switches are experience less wear-and-tear and are long-lasting. Risk of debris contamination is decreased as there is no contact between the sensor and actuator. Sensaguard range non-contact switches can be conveniently connected in series to other devices such as e-stops and light curtains to give you a seamless and enhanced safety system.

Note: Stainless steel version is more suitable for use in harsh environments. This product is supplied with an actuator.
