Pallet Racking Upright Frames and Beams

These pallet racks are made by using both available kits,the upright frames 521-396 and racking beams 521-396. To make a single bay or to make extensions to lenghten a single bay please follow the instructions below.

Starter Bay with 2 Beam Levels is made from the following :

2 x 521-392 Pallet Racking Frame & Fixings (1 Each)
2 x 521-396 Pallet Racking Beam Level & Locking Clips (1 Pair / 1 Level)
Bay is 2850 H x 2700W x 900 D
Feet, Shims & Floor Fixings included (Must be floor fixed)

Extension Bay with 2 Beam Levels is made from the following :

1 x 521-392 Pallet Racking Frame & Fixings (1 Each)
2 x 521-396 Pallet Racking Beam Level & Locking Clips (1 Pair / 1 Level)
Bay is 2850 H x 2700 W x 900 D
Feet, Shims & Floor Fixings included (Must be floor fixed)

Adjustable beam racking is the most widely used of pallet racking systems allowing direct access to each pallet stored.
Beams can be removed and repositioned and although the racking is adjustable, once the beams are inter-locked into position the structure has great strength and rigidity.
Each beam is supplied with steel safety locking pins, preventing the beams being dislodged during use.
Beams are of a 95mm high x 45mm wide box section and are constructed from a pair of interlocking “C” sections for strength and efficiency.
Frames and beams are manufactured from high quality steel and are phosphate pre-treated, powder coated and stove enamelled to offer a glossy, high quality and durable paint finish.
Beams are finished in high visibility yellow and uprights are finished in Graphite Grey with Galvatite diagonal bracings and feet.
The weight capacity per pair of 2700 wide beams is 2000Kgs UDSWL (Uniformly Distributed Safe Working Load).
The frames have a 6000Kg capacity on a maximum 1800 beam pitch
