Simply screw them through the board and tighten them onto the mounting bosses in your housing. Can I use these screws to secure the lid of the enclosure?

No, these screws are only for securing the printed circuit board in place. Lid screws are provided with each enclosure, and you can order spares of these (570-704) separately.

What size are these screws?

These are no.2 x 3/16" screws meaning they have a 2.2mm thread and a 4.5mm length, so they add minimal bulk to your setup. You'll need a Pozidrive screwdriver to secure them.
