RS PRO Steel Rectangular Bar (Ground Flat Stock)

A high-quality tool Steel with has been precision ground to close tolerances for a defect and carburisation free rectangular bar.
The Steel stock has been fully annealed and can reach a high level of hardness on top of which the precision grinding to close tolerances enables finished components to be produced with minimum machining.
The ground flat bar features excellent dimensional stability and resistance to wear making it ideal for use in applications including gauges, punches, dies, jigs, templates, cam and machine parts.
