The white BS1363/A mains plug is moulded onto high visibility cable, and the IEC C13 socket is manufactured in glass filled polypropylene and is fitted with an additional strain relief.

IEC connectors conform to a set of specifications called IEC-60320 laid down by the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) to ensure they meet common global design standards
