The flow direction is non-reversible, so it can only expel air and not receive it. As the valve has an operating temperature range between -10°C and +60°C, you can use it safely in demanding conditions. Its G1/2 threaded connection tightens securely to keep the valve fixed in place and ensure it can withstand vibration.
