RS PRO Waterproof Panel Mount Type A USB Connector (IP68)

A highly reliable and watertight Type A USB connector designed for panel mounting and suitable for connection or charging a wide range of devices and equipment.
Metal construction featuring Copper Alloy contacts with a Gold plating housed in a Nickel plated Copper Alloy shell for excellent conductivity, corrosion protection and wear resistance.
The IP68 USB C connector is complete with a red Silicone O-ring to ensure a tight waterproof grading, EMI shield plates to reduce interference and rear potted panel mount connectors ensuring a IP68 seal on the panel even when unmated.
Suitable for panel and cable mounting and rated to IP68 for protection from dust and water the USB socket is versatile, tough, hardwearing and suitable for use in harsh environments.
