EFR32MG Mighty Gecko Multi-Protocol 2.4GHz/Sub-GHz Dual-Band SoC
The Silicon Labs Mighty Gecko EFR32MGxxx33Fx SoCs feature a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor core with highly integrated radio transceivers supporting both proprietary 2.4GHz and Sub-GHz wireless protocols.
