This soldering iron is a versatile ceramic heater with a temperature range of up to +500°C. It's used with soldering wire to attach components to a circuit board. This type of soldering iron is typically used by electricians or by mechanics in automotive repair.

The soldering iron features a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistor that regulates the temperature output and keeps it at a constant level.
