Low capacitance plus everything else you expect from a Schottky, Used in digital and RF systems, such as the RF part of mobile phones, our low capacitance (<1 pF) Schottky diodes are ideal for all high frequency applications. Some devices have a capacitance 94% lower than an industry standard BAT54, or less than one third of existing low capacitance diodes such as the BAS40. Of course, this excellent performance is achieved without any trade off in breakdown voltage specification.
