RF Power Detectors, Linear Technology
The RF log power detector by LTC /provides a DC output voltage that is log-linearly equivalent to its input power level. With its single ended RF input there is no need for an external RF transformer.Similarly Linear Technology/'s RMS power family will detect outputs of a DC voltage that is linearly proportional to the log input power. The RF power detectors are highly accurate products and are used in RF power control for handsets and communication applications.
