ON Semiconductor MOSFET
The ON Semiconductor TO-220 through-hole mount N-channel MOSFET is a new age product with a drain-source voltage of 650V and a maximum gate-source voltage of 30V. It has drain-source resistance of 165mohm at a gate-source voltage of 10V. It has continuous drain current of 19A and maximum power dissipation of 154W. The MOSFET has a driving voltage of 10V. It utilizes charge balance technology for outstanding low on-resistance and lower gate charge performance. This advanced technology is tailored to minimize conduction loss, provide superior switching performance, and withstand extreme dv/dt rate. The MOSFET offers excellent efficiency along with a long and productive life without compromising performance or functionality.
