What is LED Panel Lighting?
LED panel lights are an energy efficient, cost saving and stylish form of lighting that is designed to produce a high-quality light source that exceeds that of conventional fluorescent ceiling lights. LED panel lights consist of a thin panel which contains LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes), a light guide plate and a diffuser. The LED guide plate is an optical material that produces bright and homogenous light when connected to a power supply. The diffuser is designed to distribute light evenly across the surface. Together, these two elements produce a soft light that is evenly distributed. Surrounding these elements is a lightweight aluminium frame which supports the LED strips, prevents light leakage and provides a cooling system for the LED bulbs.

Where are LED Panel Lights Used?
LED flat panel lights can be used in both domestic and commercial settings to create smooth, ambient lighting. They can be suspended from the ceiling, mounted directly onto ceilings or walls or recessed into them.
