It's made from flexible silicone and glass cloth material, so it can be installed around a variety of shapes. Formed in a thin sheet, it can fit into narrow spaces between equipment components. The etched foil heating element is embedded into the mat for a consistent temperature without compromising its handy size.
It has a self-adhesive backing that's made from thermally conductive acrylic for easy installation and maximum heat transfer. The durable silicone material is corrosion-resistant, protecting it from moisture, grease and many types of acid.
Use this heater mat on automotive testing, chemical processing and food production equipment such as tanks, drums and hoppers. You can connect it to a suitable control unit to maintain a safe temperature.
