RS PRO IEC Glassfibre Insulated Flat Pair Thermocouple Cable 5 m

Introducing the range of RS PRO Glassfibre Insulated Thermocouple Cables; in KX, JX or TX types, ideal for use as general-purpose extension wire in high-temperature environments. The cable has conductors laid flat, are glassfibre insulated with glassfibre overall and silicone varnished throughout which offers protection and insulation of the wires, and high reliability, especially when being used for a long period of time in challenging environments. The cables have a tolerance class of 2 making this type of cable have a good temperature resistance but not suitable where fluids are present. The thermocouple cables can be used in a wide range of temperatures from –60°C to 350°C (with short periods up too 400).

• The KX version of this cable is available in 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 metre lengths. The JX is available in 10, 25, 50 and 100 metre options and TX available in 10, 25 and 50 metre reels.
• This material has good temperature resistance but is not suitable where liquids are present
