Introducing the range of RS PRO PFA Teflon® insulated thermocouple extension cables, ideal for use as a general-purpose extension wire or making simple thermocouples. Due to its ability to handle high temperatures and protection against most fluids it is a really versatile cable that can perform in a variety of environments. The material of this extension cable offers high flexibility and is waterproof.
This thermocouple cable has a single pair of conductors that have PFA Teflon® insulation, twisted together for added strength. Thermocouple types K, T and N with 1/0.2mm stranded conductors, type K also available in 7/0.2mm and 1/0.3mm conductor option available for type J as well. The PFA material of the insulation offers heat resistance to temperatures of 260°C has good electrical and mechanical properties, highly flexible, resistant to oils, acids and other adverse fluids.
