Optimal Length

This cat5e features 24 AWG sized copper wires, which allow less resistance when carrying signals. Using high-quality 100% copper conductors in this cat5e patch cable not only means that it's excellent value for investment, but it also specifically helps to reduce interference from near end cross talk noise (NEXT), which boosts reliability in transferring data.

Gold Connectors

StarTech.com’s experts purposely chose to use 50-micron thick gold connectors to support the longevity of these CAT 5e cables. The RJ-45 connectors also eliminate signal loss due to the non-corrosive material.
