This RS PRO polypropylene capacitor is suitable for use with AC voltage. You can find polypropylene capacitors like this one used in pumps of domestic appliances and in office equipment. This motor-run capacitor can provide power to a motor, so you can use it to start and run the motors in your applications. The unit's case is made of self-extinguishing plastic and is encapsulated in a polyurethane (PU) flame-retardant resin so it isn't a fire risk.
