Each of these ports has the capacity to contain a cable that can go to a different location preventing the cables from getting twisted and tangled and to make them easily traceable. Patch panels are ideal for fibre optic cables, cat5 cables, RJ45 cables, ethernet and many others. Patch panels are a fantastic way of connecting various IT devices together and the organiser makes cable management extremely easy hiding and storing extra slack coming from patch cables.
