Festo 2 Finger Double Action Pneumatic Gripper - DHRS series - DHRS-25-A

This double-action pneumatic gripper from Festo has a two-finger design. It's ideal for grasping or holding parts in pneumatic systems. Applications include manufacturing processes such as plastic moulding and sensor manufacturing as well as usage in the robotics and biotech industries. The jaws of this radial gripper can apply a great deal of force, up to a maximum of 75 N. They are constructed from extremely tough high-alloy steel, with the housing formed from wrought aluminium alloy for high tensile strength.

The Festo radial gripper DHRS-25-A indicated opening and closing times [Ms] were measured at room temperature at an operating pressure of 6 bar with the gripper horizontally mounted and without additional gripper fingers (mean values shown). The grippers must be throttled for greater applied loads. Opening and closing times must then be adjusted accordingly.
