The BrightLock smart lock is designed and made in France with rigorous quality control. Different from domestic smart locks, the BrightLock smart lock is designed specifically for industry.

Instead of traditional technologies, locks are operated using light. This provides a new standard of flexibility for access and ease of use, matched by maximum ease of installation. And there’s always the fallback option of a physical key.

Quick and easy installation

With no wiring and no drilling, it takes five minutes to install a BrightLock with nothing but a screwdriver, a smartphone with the BrightLock app installed, and a Wi-Fi connection.

High-security mobile access

When an authorised user wants to unlock a BrightLock, they open the BrightLock app on their smartphone and hold it up to the lock; with one tap their phone then flashes a one-time light sequence, which is detected by a fiber optic cable in the cylinder.

When you install a BrightLock device, you become its owner. You can then share access to anyone, or give them administrator rights, by simply sending an invite to their email address.

Always up to date

BrightLock devices get regular firmware updates. This ensures optimum performance, so your product will always be at the highest possible specifications throughout its lifetime.

The BrightLock consists of an electronic unit with a high-quality cylinder. The cylinder is the industry-standard Thirard Transit 2 model - an eight-pin Euro-profile cylinder certified to numerous security standards and with a range of high-security features, including anti-snap protection.

BrightLock is a critical access solution. That means it works best for high-security areas with relatively low traffic, but where it’s essential to make access easy and efficient when it’s needed.

Often these are spaces that are also accessed by an extended workforce, such as maintenance contractors, facilities services providers, and other third-party suppliers.

BrightLock is perfect for a wide range of environments and facilities such as data centers, equipment stores, manufacturing facilities, rail infrastructure, and energy plants, substations and other facilities.

Because BrightLock is completely wireless, its easy installation and different connectivity modes also make it ideal for situations where traditional access control systems can’t be installed. For example, hard-to-reach basement areas where wiring can’t be installed.
