The Schneider Electric Enerlin'X IFM - Modbus-SL Interface for One Circuit Breaker is required for connecting the Master Pact MTZ, NT/ NW or Compact NS and NSX series circuit breakers to a Modbus network whenever the circuit breaker has an ULP port (Universal Logic Plug). The port is available on BCM ULP breaker module for the Master Pact range and BSCM module for the Compact range. Once the IFM has been connected to a circuit breaker, the circuit breaker is considered as a slave by the Modbus master. Its electrical values, alarm status, open/close signals can be monitored or controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller or any other system.
