Amphenol FCI BergStik 2.54 mm Standard Unshrouded PCB Pin Header Strips

BergStik 2.54 mm standard unshrouded PCB pin header strips for use in board to board and wire to board applications. These PCB headers can be cut to length to suit the application they are used with. The contacts of these BergStik PCB headers have cost effective duplex plating. These features make the BergStik 2.54 mm PCB headers an economic solution for a wide range of applications. The housings of these PCB headers are made from reflow solder compatible high temperature thermoplastic and also feature stand offs allowing solder contamination to be removed. These BergStik 2.54 PCB pin headers are available with a range of contact platings and mating heights. Mating connectors include the Dubox series receptacles and crimp housings, the Quickie IDC receptacles and the PV series crimp housings

These BergStik 2.54 mm PCB headers are suitable for use in a wide range of wire to board and board to board equipment and device applications

The Amphenol FCI BergStik 2.54mm unshrouded headers are available in surface-mount (SMT), through-hole (THT), press-fit, stacking and pin-in-paste (PIP) versions. Designed in single and double row. They are available in straight or right angle options, from 2 to 72 positions featuring a “breakaway” design, each connector can be cut or broken to length to suit the application profile. The maximum current rating is 3A per contact. This product range is extended with BergStik 2.54mm unshrouded vertical headers in 0.25μm plating, available in standard sizes. It offers an economical solution for various applications. It is also specified up to 100 mating cycles. BergStik product range provides Board-to-Board, Wire to-Board and Cable-to-Board interconnect solutions for all electronic equipment and devices.
