These probes are used to measure alternating voltages from 500 Hz to 1 GHz with true RMS value from a standard multimeter not intended for this purpose.
They thus provide a significant performance enhancement for a low cost.
Compatible with digital multimeters with input impedance of 10 MΩ.
Probes are supplied with: 1 wire grip, 1 BNC adapter, 1 earth lead and one spare probe tip.
