This RS PRO range of super speed USB 3.0 type A (male) to type B (male) cables support a data transfer rate up to 5 Gbit/s (625 MB/s), which is about ten times faster than USB 2.0 technology. This is a standard type A to B cable, it is designed to connect a Host to a Device. The host type A connector will connect to a computer/laptop and the device type B connector is commonly found on external hard drives, docking stations, USB printers and USB hubs.
