Scope of protection

Protection in accordance with DIN VDE 0661 in the event of faults in the connected electrical appliance. Residual currents caused by defective consumers result in all-pole cut-out via the PRCD-S
In case of unit faults in the permanent installation. The PRCD-S detects all potential faults in the permanent installation and cannot then be activated
The PRCD-S detects the external voltage on the earth wire — although it does not interrupt the protective conductor connection. As a result, the external voltage can be released via its own upstream protectors FI and LS
