It provides increased reliability against thermal runaway failure in high temperature operation. It is Lead, halogen and Antimony free and offers high reliability.
Maximum average rectified output current is 10 A Peak repetitive reverse voltage VRRM is 60 V and peak forward surge current IFSM is 140 A Forward voltage drop VF is 0.52 V, while the operating temperature range is from -55°C to +150°C
