The DiodesZetex makes a Trench Super Barrier Rectifier(SBR), packaged in the robust industry-standard TO263AB (D2PAK) package, the SBRT40M80CTB provides very low VF and excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. They are ideal for use as a rectifier, freewheel diode or blocking diode. It has a reduced low forward voltage drop (VF)
better efficiency and cooler operation. The device offers reduced high temperature reverse leakage
increased reliability against thermal runaway failure in high temperature operation.
Maximum average rectified output current per leg is 2 A Peak Repetitive reverse voltage VRRM is 80 V Peak Forward Surge current IFSM is 230 A Forward voltage drop VF is 0.59 V
