Its long pile makes it a suitable choice for painting on smooth substrates as well as rough surfaces, such as exterior walls. The nylon pile allows it to be used with oil-based and water-based paint and it's solvent resistant. Nylon is a durable material and the paint will roll onto surfaces consistently and smoothly. As it comes in a handy length of just 102 mm, the roller is suitable for edge work and trims. It has a 4 mm pile length and roller diameter of 12 mm. With the RS PRO seal of approval, you can guarantee its quality and consistency. Packaged and handled in controlled environments, the roller conforms to ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 electrostatic control standards for the prevention of damage from electrostatic discharge.
