Cynergy3 Horizontal Float Switches

Cynergy3 offers wide range of horizontal switches which are WRAS approved and have low-cost compact design. These horizontal float switches consist of a reed switch and a pivoted actuator magnet and can be used for N/O or N/C operation. The switch action can be reversed by mounting the float switch with the float able to move upwards away from the body instead of downwards.

WRAS is the standard against waste, misuse, undue consumption or contamination of the water supply and must have an appropriate quality and standard.

Note

Suitable for signal switching and for use with transistorised input/low power, suppressed coil miniature relays. Not suited for any inductive or inrush (e.g. filament lamps) loads.

The Cynergy3 RSF74Y100RN is from the RSF70 series of compact, external fitting float switches with compression seals. The RSF74Y100RN is a 25VA float switch made of an opaque polypropylene (PP). It has a nitrile gasket and a 1m long PVC lead.

How is it fitted?
The RSF74Y100RN is installed through the wall of the tank when access to the inside is not possible. You can also reverse the movement of the switch by mounting the RSF74Y100RN with the float able to move upwards, away from the body.

What is it used for?
The RSF74Y100RN is ideal for vending machines, commercial dishwashers and vehicle auxiliary tanks.
