Eaton's M22 range of illuminated selector switch heads (sometimes be referred to as rotary selector switch or function selector switch) are designed to simplify the process of buying individual components. Available with either momentary, latching or maintained switching in 2 to 4 position options, these switch actuators make it easy to select the right switch type for your electrical and industrial control needs. Ideally suited for industrial applications the front elements have an enhanced IP66 protection rating making them dust tight and protected against water projection.

How does a latching selector switch work?

A latching selector switch allows you to switch between different functions. When you turn the switch to one setting, it closes the electrical circuit of another to activate the selected function. The selector switch remains in the chosen position until you change it to another setting.
