This power base from Schneider Electric's TeSys range is the electro-mechanical building block for a high-performance motor starter module. It offers a reliable breaking capacity of 50kA at 440V to protect motors from short circuits or current faults, reducing downtime. The intuitive device has good immunity to voltage spikes and microbreaks in the power supply to improve productivity and minimise maintenance. It dissipates heat to keep operating temperatures cool and improve the overall efficiency of your motor management system.

Tesys model U is easy to select:

First choose a Power Base- 12A or 32A, direct on line or reversing. The power base includes 2 auxiliary contacts.
Then choose the plug-in protection module by motor full load current and control voltage required.
Additional plug in functions can be selected and added at any time.
The plug-in bases can use any LU9 type blocks see stock no. 493-8779 for base option
