Omron PLC Extension Module

The Omron PLC extension module is an input interface for communicating with analogue signals. Analogue modules are clipped together to the right of the CPU along with other extension modules. The input units perform the function of converting analogue input signals into binary data and analogue output units perform the function of converting binary data into analogue output signals. It has many advanced functions that include line disconnection detection, output holding, offset/gain adjustment, scaling, input averaging, input peak value holding and ratio conversion.
