Allen Bradley Emergency Stop Heads

Enhance safety and decrease downtime with the E-Stop Heads by Allen Bradley.

These E-Stop heads can be used as part of a safety relay circuit to provide a fast and efficient emergency stop function, which allows personnel to cut-off power to a machine or device by simply pressing the button. This helps to reduce risk of injury to people and risk of damage to equipment.

Features: These heads have an IP2X protection rating which defends against electric shock. The operators are 40mm in diameter. They feature trigger action. Integral arrows show clear indication of the clockwise release direction for ease-of-use. The key release version also uses Ronis keys.

Compliant with EN418 when used with N.C., N.C.L.B. or Self-Monitoring contact blocks (see stock no. 511-8156). If the Self-Monitoring contact block is incorrectly installed the e-stop will not permit false signals.

The 800F-15YE112 accessory is a round yellow legend plate with ’emergency stop’ text in black, in English. It is designed for use with the 800-F range of pushbuttons to clearly signify to personnel the function of the head that sits within it, providing an immediate stopping method for machinery in the event of an emergency. This label is 60mm with 30.5mm mounting hole. The yellow ring ensures optimal visibility of the plate. This type of legend plate is often used in industrial manufacturing environments where dangerous machinery may be operated.
