Molex KK Range of 2695 Series Housings

This range of Series 2695 Connector Housings feature a 2.54 mm pitch and form part of the KK Interconnect system from Molex, which provide a simple and economical way to make multipole connections to printed circuit boards. When fitting the terminals into the housings it is essential that the Molex insertion tool is used for the correct fitting of these terminals. Please see engineering note for more details.

It's designed to be used with Molex crimp terminals 2759 and 4809, along with a range of PCB (printed circuit board) headers in the KK range. You can use it to house wire-to-PCB connections – it features embedded friction lock ramps that secure the terminals into position so they won't dislodge due to vibration or shock. The four-way receptacles are fully isolated to provide enhanced protection from debris.

This housing's straight-oriented body and standard 2.54mm pitch makes a convenient angle to insert your terminal into the receptacle. It's important that you use the Molex tool (710-6528) designed for the purpose to make your insertion, so you can be sure of correct positioning.
