RS PRO Background Suppression Photoelectric Sensor with Block Sensor, 5 to 250 mm Detection Range

You can use this RS PRO background suppression block type sensor to detect objects close together without detecting the background material, while also precisely controlling the sensing range. It contains the transmitter and receiver in a single housing, making it easier to mount.
The housing is made from polycarbonate (PC) and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) material to ensure durability and impact and abrasion resistance. It has an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP67, which means it's shielded against dust and temporary immersion in water. The device has a very quick response time and allows you to adjust the sensitivity, so you can use it in a variety of applications. It also has a visible red light, which helps you align the sensor.
