This female hydraulic coupler from RS PRO features quick-connect technology. This allows you to change compatible fittings and tools easily and rapidly. Attach it to the end of an existing hose using the 1/4-inch screw thread.


For added reliability, the connector has a dual seal design of nitrile rubber and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) to provide double protection against leaks. The rear side has a hex shape that's easy to grip with a spanner, making it simple to tighten it onto the hose's screw thread.


This coupler is made from highly durable and hard-wearing carbon steel plated with yellow passivated zinc for increased resistance to corrosion. This makes for a strong and long-lasting product that's suitable for harsh industrial or automotive applications.
