Keysight Single-ended Active Probes N2795A & N2796A

New generation of low-cost single-ended active probes with AutoProbe interface, compatible with Keysight's InfiniiVision and Infiniium families of oscilloscopes. These probes have the general-purpose, high-speed probing characteristics suitable for wide-ranging applications including digital system design, component design/characterization and educational research. The input resistance and low input capacitance provide ultra low loading of the DUT. This, together with superior signal fidelity, makes the probes useful for most digital logic voltages. Wide dynamic range and offset range enhance the breadth of application.
