Are these wall boxes lockable?

These particular boxes come with a standard key lock, for extra security and safety. Key locks are useful in various situations where the contents either need to be secured or only accessed by experienced individuals. As an example, they can be fixed to the exterior of ship decks to hold flare guns or life saving equipment.

How much protection can these wall mount boxes provide?

This entire range of boxes are rated at IP69K.
