Thermocouple Extensions Leads

A range of thermocouple extension leads in types K, J, T and N available with either a miniature or standard IEC connector. The thermocouple extension leads are available in 2 m, 5 m and 10 m lengths.

Need to extend a thermocouple cable to use in temperature sensing applications? This 5-m Type K thermocouple extension cable from the RS PRO range is fitted with a miniature connector plug and socket with two flat plug pins. Insulated with PVC for flexibility and durability, the cable can operate up to +220˚C without melting and down to -10˚C without cracking.

Two seven-stranded cores have a cross-sectional area of 0.2 mm² and there are polarised contacts to make sure you don't make an incorrect connection.
This product is stringently tested to ensure it meets IEC standards as a safe thermocouple cable and is also colour-coded in accordance with the IEC scheme. It won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) and is RoHS compliant so you can be sure it contains only minimal levels of hazardous substances.
