It's an easy-to-use way of controlling your circuit, thanks to a twist mechanism that lets you choose between OFF and two ON states. You'd use it with a switch disconnector to isolate all equipment attached to a circuit from the electricity supply, for example, during essential maintenance. This handle can hold up to three padlocks in different positions, maintaining isolation until you're certain the system can be safely started up again.
