Allen Bradley Guardmaster Non-Contact Switch

The Allen Bradley Guardmaster Ferrogard 20 non-contact switch has a safety switching distance of 12mm and auxiliary switching distance of 15mm. It has 2NC safety contact. It is a magnetically actuated non-contact safety switch which offers reliability and a high tolerance to misalignment. This switch is designed to be installed on a guard door. The action of the magnetic actuator being removed from the switch opens the NC safety contacts, therefore isolating the control power to the machines primary control element.
Note:
This safety device can be used with Guardlink, a new safety linking technology from Allen Bradley Guardmaster. Guardlink simplifies and reduces the connection time of the safety system, whilst providing real-time diagnostic information over an Ethernet IP. This makes it simple to identify the location of the device that has tripped the safety system, thus reducing downtime and improving the machine’s overall efficiency.
