Allen Bradley Guardmaster Safety Interlock Switch

The Allen Bradley Guardmaster 440G-LZ series high-tech, solid-state, solenoid safety interlock device has a supply voltage rating of 24VDC. It has 2PNP safety and 1PNP auxiliary contacts. This is enabled with a rated holding force of 1,300N that can be used on partial body access guards. The switch-locking bolt is extended into and detected by the actuator. It has 2 OSSD solid-state outputs enabled to prevent the guard to open. The semiconductor OSSD safety outputs of the switch can be connected in series with other safety components with OSSD solid-state outputs. The locking bolt will only attempt to extend when it detects the correct actuator. A switch can be used as part of a guard locking safety system to achieve performance level ’e’. This switch has 2 bright LEDs, positioned on the front corners of the housing enabling 270° visual diagnostics.
