Red Lion Data Station Plus- Protocol Converter

The Red Lion data station plus-protocol converter acts as a nexus for industrial data collection and management. The Ethernet port supports up to ten protocols simultaneously, using Crimson 3.0, to convert Ethernet to Ethernet protocols as well. The compact flash card allows data to collect and store the data to review later. The files are stored in simple CSV file format allowing common applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Access, to view and manage the data. The free Web sync utility provides a means to synchronize the files with a PC’s hard drive for permanent storage. The built-in web server allows log files to be retrieved manually, and provides access to the unique “virtual HMI”. Any standard web browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape can be used to monitor or control the HMI from a PC, anywhere in the world.
