RS PRO Linear Transducer

Use this linear transducer from the RS PRO range to take accurate positional measurements of linear motion control devices. This type of sensor is most commonly used in assembly lines, factory automation setups and conveying mechanisms.


The unit is lightweight, compact and easy to maintain as it has a sealed membrane linear potentiometer set-up. It also provides high accuracy and repeatability without becoming less sensitive over time. Its housing is highly supportive and makes mounting the unit onto any device straightforward.


This sensor has been rigorously tested for quality and reliability. It has a wide operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C, meaning it's able to withstand harsh environments. Thanks to its Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP65, it's resistant to dust and low-pressure waterjets.
