RS PRO Bright Zinc Plated Steel Hex Bolt, M16 x 45 mm

Designed for use in general build and repair jobs, these zinc-plated hex bolts from the RS PRO range are made of Grade 8.8 high-tensile steel. As they're constructed from this robust material, they're suitable for use in construction, industrial and automotive industries. They can withstand high amounts of stress and their BZP (bright zinc-plated) finish ensures they're corrosion-resistant.

Hexagonal heads on each bolt make screwing and unscrewing easy, by enabling access to them from different angles. All that's needed is a standard torque spanner or wrench.

The bolts measure 45 mm in length and have M16 partial threading for mating with nuts or tapped holes. They're manufactured in accordance with DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung, the German Institute of Standardisation) 931 standards. The bolts are recyclable and have been specifically designed to meet RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) environmental standards, which means they're constructed with a minimum of hazardous materials.
